Hi. I hope it's okay to post here. I saw the info for the latest friendzy on a friend's blog, but need to ask what are probably dumb questions.
With the two boxes, one "fill it out" and the other "share it out" what am I meant to do?

I'm guessing I copy what's in the fill it out, and then do so, between the marks. But I'm not clear on how I'm meant to share it. Usually I get around this by using my own format, but everyone seems to have used this.
